Epic Body Care is an online drop shipping store that partners with third-party manufacturers and fulfillment providers to deliver products to customers.

All orders are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers. We do not keep inventory at a single physical warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once an order has been processed, it is forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment.

Shipping Times

Because products are shipped from third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination.

Estimated domestic delivery time is 5-14 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer (7-21 days) due to customs processing, carrier delays, international shipping, or high demand.

Multiple Shipments

If an order includes multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Confirmation

Tracking information is provided when available. Some suppliers may take several days to generate tracking details after shipment.

We currently ship to customers within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product.
