Returns & Refunds Policy

Epic Body Care manages returns and refunds for orders placed on our website, even though products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is relatively good condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer or supplier unless instructed to do so by our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
